The Joy of Sake is the public tasting of entries submitted to the U.S. National Sake Appraisal. Eleven judges from Japan and the U.S. convene for a 3-day blind tasting, with grand prix, gold and silver awards given to top-scoring entries. Following the judging, all of the entries are presented to the public at The Joy of Sake together with inspired appetizers from top chefs in each city. Don’t miss this amazing event.
