How long will sake keep?
How do I store it?

The flavors of a sake are best enjoyed within six months of its bottling date.
You will find the date on the label. For example,
"13.10 上" means "first half of October 2013," and "13.10 下" means "second half of October 2013."
Please store your unopened sake in the refrigerator.
As long as it is kept in this way, the sake will deepen in flavor.
You can also enjoy its mature flavors after 6 months have passed.
Once opened, please refrigerate and consume the sake as soon as possible.
